Would totally recommend!

Obsessed with the flowers upon arrival and most of all how the staff decorated for Valentine’s Day; totally exceeded my expectations for the pool flowers we ordered. I was BEYOND happy! The staff were very nice and friendly, answered messages quickly and with clear information.

The food wasn’t great; luckily the location is close to other options but only ordered dinner once and thought it was horrible. The breakfast was a bit better; unhappy that some days item menus in the morning were “sold out” that hasn’t happened to be in a hotel setting, disappointing in that aspect as we didn’t always have time in the morning to go out for breakfast prior to starting our day.

Love the pool and room Was lovely although pillows and bed a bit hard but that's personal preference second day water didn't get refilled but we asked and they recitifed the next morning

No proper restaurant as such and breakfast is delivered to your room It was average !

Aaah relaxing

Staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They remembered our names and taught us some language. The villa was private, clean, and secure. In-house cooking and massage. Provided an exceptional private driver when requested. Super comfortable bed.

The street leading up to the villa complex. It flooded with filthy water from blocked gutters from the street above when it rained. It's not much fun to walk through.

Wonderful

We have stayed there for our anniversary and it was quite nice. We have asked for pool,bathtub and bed decoration and was done on time. It was beautiful. Yeah, it's on the higher end of the budget. So if one is looking here to stay with all the decoration it would cost you good amount of money. Staff is very nice and they will greet you with a extra wide smile everything.

If someone has problem going and coming back steep roads on foot. He/she will have little problem here.

Beautiful villa for our stay. Staff were amazing and very helpful. The room was lovely and very clean. Breakfast was delicious!

Our villa pool never had any sunshine on it but think that was just the one we were locating in.

Friendly staff, nice breakfast and central location

The breakfast was lovely and was hand delivered to the room every morning. The location was very central - we were amazed to find this type of accommodation in the center of Ubud. The staff were really friendly and nothing was too much to ask.

The pool was very cold as there was no direct sun light, and it was not a good place for sunbathing. The water kept going off, although it was quickly fixed. A family with a lot of kids were aloud to move in next door, there was a baby crying all the time, and children making a lot of noise - not very relaxing on your honeymoon. I wish they were placed somewhere else.

Wonderful

This proprty is absolutely amazing, all the staff there are very very helpful. Its like an escape to nature while still be close to all the shops and city centre is in walking distance. Only one issue with the room, our toilet has strong sewage smell and I have raised the issue to the receptionist and the toilet was cleaned however the smell just lingers in the toilet. Management need to look into this and on my firs day of arrival we had issue with the bathroom electricity. While showering I heard a loud sounds non of the switch for toilet and shower worked . Staff called electrician and the issue was fixed on the next day. Other than that we had blackouts several times due to rain and the issue was rectified immediately by the villa staff. Although there are few issue here and there with the villa, we had a pleasant stay and villa staff were amazing 100% for their service.

Breathtaking

I stayed in multiple villas in Bali, this one is really exceptional, the level of details and care by the staff is far and beyond. 100% private pool and open air bathtub, right in the middle of the forest where u really can connect to the nature with all modern facilities to keep u comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay and definitely won’t be the last .

The villa was beautiful and as described. Staff are very lovely and friendly, service was amazing. Definitely recommended and will come back again.
